He is helping to expand the fields of Design, Organizational Development, Systems Thinking and Change Methodologies through his contributions to The Change Handbook, AI Practitioner, and his work with the Open Space Institute and Nexus for Change.

is a business executive, coach and systemic designer who enjoys seeing the world through a lens of possibility. She is passionate about evolving herself and supporting the evolution of others. She has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the government and non-profit sectors. For the past fifteen years she has been helping Seattle Center reach its vision "of delighting and inspiring the human spirit" through a wide array of public-private partnerships, including a successful $127 million campaign for Seattle's new opera house.
Tracy has a Masters in Whole Systems Design specializing in Organizational Systems Renewal. She is one of the creators of LDI 2 ~ The Next Edge leadership development program. She sits on the board of the Girl Scouts Totem Council and the Whidbey Institute and is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow.
